煙臺洪坤環保工程有限公司成立于2004年6月，主要從事海上應急清除與控制、船舶污染物回收以及防污材料和設備供應等多項業務，是一個全天候服務于海上航行船舶、靠港船舶污染物接收、防污、海上溢油應急處置和遇險船舶搜救的專業化公司。擁有自己專屬的溢油應急船舶、完善的應急配套設備器材和具有專業資質的操作人員。歷經近十年的業務拓展，已進形成了一個頗具規模、實力雄厚、業務范圍無縫覆蓋、運營管理規范、制度健全的杰出企業。
2012年10月，我公司經交通運輸部專家組評議，順利通過了“一級船舶污染清除單位” 的審批，證書編號：04-1012。本公司與世界各國船務公司及代理商簽署協議船舶近四千艘，并加入了國內多家海上溢油應急聯盟組織，與業內的各公司保持著密切的業務信息交流和良好的合作。近十年的磨礪與積累，擁有了豐富的實踐經驗，在能力上完全能夠滿足客戶達到本公司所轄海區時的各項業務服務需求，免除用戶的后顧之憂。
我公司目前擁有高級溢油應急管理人員11人；溢油應急清污作業人員40人；海上專業溢油應急船舶2艘；輔助溢油應急處置船舶8艘。同時，公司建有專用的設備、物資材料庫房，儲備了種類齊全、充足的設備和物資，能夠隨時提供多方位的船舶污油處理、海上防污及溢油應急服務。
